Rain Bird
Pricing Changes Effective May 19, 2025:
Due to recent changes in tariffs and general inflationary effects, Rain Bird will implement a list price adjustment effective May 19, 2025. While we have worked hard to manage our supply chain and absorb these increased costs, a price increase is now necessary.
Pricing Impact:
Increases will vary by product category. For more information, please refer to the updated price files or contact your Rain Bird representative.
Order Cutoff:
Current pricing will be honored for all orders received by Friday, May 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time and shipped before Monday, June 2, 2025. Orders entered before May 19, 2025, but scheduled to ship after June 2, 2025, will be subject to the new pricing.

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions
Pricing Changes Effective April 15, 2025:
Due to recent tariff announcements and shifting market conditions, Zurn Elkay Water Solutions will implement revised commercial price adjustments effective April 15, 2025. This update modifies and delays previously announced increases.
Order Cutoff:
Current pricing will be honored for all orders entered and released for shipment by April 14, 2025. Stocking orders should not exceed one month’s average purchases. Existing quotes must be reevaluated and are subject to change. All new quotes distributed now will expire April 14, 2025.

What You Need to Know:
Pricing Changes Effective May 1, 2025:
Due to ongoing economic pressures, including the continued impact of additional tariffs and unanticipated increases in component and manufacturing costs, Toro® and Irritrol® will implement a list price adjustment effective May 1, 2025. These adjustments will apply to both whole goods and service parts.
Pricing Impact:
Increases will vary by product category. Full details are available in the attached price files.
Order Cutoff:
Current pricing will be honored for all existing orders and new orders placed on or before April 30, 2025. Please note, incoming orders through this date will be monitored, and Toro reserves the right to limit confirmation and fulfillment to manage fair supply distribution.

Due to sustained economic pressures—including significant increases in material costs and the financial impact of international tariffs—Hultafors Group North America (HGNA) will implement a pricing adjustment effective April 25, 2025. Product increases vary, including:

DeWitt Company
April 8, 2025
What You Need to Know:
Pricing Changes Effective April 9, 2025: Due to new tariffs imposed on goods and materials entering the United States, DeWitt Company must pass along these costs as price increases. The anticipated increases vary significantly, with ranges from 27% to 79% depending on the product and country of origin. Some US-produced products will remain unaffected.
Monitoring the Situation: DeWitt is closely monitoring the developments regarding import product codes (HS/HST) to determine the exact percentage increase that will apply to each product. We remain hopeful that negotiations will lead to lower tariffs or, ideally, a return to zero.

Watts Water Technology
April 21, 2025 *UPDATE*
What You Need to Know:
Price Increases Effective May 12, 2025:
Due to ongoing changes in U.S. Government tariff policy, Watts will be adjusting list prices across several product lines and brands effective May 12, 2025. These updates reflect a combination of increased material costs and policy-driven impacts. Select items will experience higher or lower adjustments accordingly.
Summary Pricing:
Detailed product line summaries and item-level pricing will be made available by April 18, 2025, via our website. You will be able to print the updated list in PDF format or download in Excel and other formats.
Order Cutoff:
Former prices will be honored for immediate release orders received by Friday, May 9, 2025, provided stocking orders do not exceed one month’s average purchases.

What You Need to Know:
Pricing Changes Effective May 5, 2025: Due to additional tariffs being imposed, we must adjust our pricing. We have worked diligently with our foreign suppliers to minimize the impact. Prices will increase by 5% on all goods (excluding liner) and an additional 5% on goods from China. This applies to all orders placed on or after this date.
New Price Lists: Updated price lists will be distributed in the coming days.

What You Need to Know:
Pricing Changes Effective June 1, 2025: Due to significant challenges in the current market—stemming from escalating tariffs, increased demand for domestic materials, and inflation in energy and manufacturing inputs—we will implement a 3% average price adjustment. Please note that actual percentages will vary by brand and product class.
Pre-Adjustment Orders: We will accept orders at the current price levels until midnight on May 31, 2025, for delivery before June 7, 2025. Orders scheduled for delivery after this date will reflect the new pricing.

Pricing Changes Effective May 5, 2025: As a result of rapidly escalating cost factors, we will implement a 10% increase for all Ductile Iron fittings products.
Pre-Increase Orders: We will accept pre-increase Ductile Iron orders at current price levels through Friday, May 2, 2025. Orders will be limited to 1/12 of your 2024 Ductile Iron purchases with Harco.

What You Need to Know:
Pricing Changes Effective March 31, 2025: Executive Order 14195, effective February 4, 2025, has been amended to impose a 20% tariff (up from the previously communicated 10%). As a result, list prices and special nets will increase by 9% for all affected products at 12:01 AM.
Prior Price List Orders: Orders accepted before 12:01 AM on March 31, 2025, will be honored at the existing prices. Please note that price protection cannot be extended, and backorders will not be honored at pre-tariff pricing.

Pricing Changes Effective April 19, 2025: Due to current market instability caused by inflation, tariffs, and ongoing supply chain issues, Legend Valve will implement a price increase on many products.
Updated Pricing Details: Price adjustments will take effect on April 19, 2025, with increases ranging from 0% to 25%, depending on the product.
The enforcement of the 1/12th rule will apply to all new purchase orders. Purchases made between March 17 and April 7 will be considered final and will be non-returnable and non-cancellable. What You Need to Know:

Tariff Postponement: The 25% tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico have been postponed for one month. We remain cautiously optimistic that diplomatic efforts may prevent these tariffs from taking effect. We will keep you updated on any developments.

New Tariffs on Chinese Imports: A new 10% tariff has been added to the existing 25% tariff on certain Chinese imports, which is already in effect and impacts a limited number of our products.
