What is a team? A team is a collaborative group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal and success.
Teamwork is sometimes considered the most critical part of a business’s success. Even though we work as a team, each individual contributes using their personal skills and personality traits. Working as a team, yet as an individual can sometimes cause personal conflict. But with Time, Encouragement, Appreciation and Motivation, all individuals can be contributors to a successful TEAM.
