After learning how to get started on EwingIrrigation.com, let’s take a more detailed look at our most popular section: Accounting.

The Accounting section is open to all Ewing Irrigation Preferred Cash Card and Credit account holders and contains advanced tools and features to manage statements and invoices. After registering on the Ewing Irrigation website with your account number, your accounting information — including invoice history and monthly statements — will be available the next business day.

To access the Accounting section, log in and select the Credit / Accounting link in the top right of the page or select Pay My Bill in the footer. You can also grant account access to other potential users, such as your Accounts Payable Specialist.

Invoice and Job History
See your invoices, choose Invoice/Job History from the account services list. The list can be filtered by job name or by date range using the drop down selection boxes.

Each invoice will display in a list with the corresponding date, job number, purchase order, job name, invoice amount and packing slip number.

You can view more information and a detailed list of products purchased on the invoice by clicking on the blue invoice number. Even more information, such as types or individual products, can be viewed by selecting the "Product Summary" button.

Pay Open Items and View Statements
Ewing Credit account holders can view up to 12 months of statements, and depending on user type, download statement PDFs.

Making a payment for open invoices is easy, and the site offers a variety of payment options:

• Pay Total Due. Pay total balance due, including the current and any past due amount.
• Pay Selected Invoices. Pay a selection of invoices from the list of open invoices.
• Pay Other Amount. Enter a custom payment amount. A comment box allows you specify which invoices or job name a payment should be applied to. If left blank, the payment will be applied to the oldest invoices starting in chronological order.
