Here are some of the most-asked questions to help you better utilize your hard-earned points and the back-office resources that are part of Ewing’s ProAdvantage Program.

Ewing Online Account Login Questions  

Q: Who do I contact if I have login issues or receive an error on my Ewing online account?

A: Email customer support at support@ewingirrigation.zendesk.com or call 800.343.9464.
Q: Who do I contact if I’ve lost or forgotten my ProAdvantage Program login user ID and password?

A: Your ProAdvantage login is the same as your Ewing online account. To reset your password, visit www.ewingoutdoorsupply.com/forgot-password.

ProAdvantage Back-Office Resources Questions

Q: Are ProAdvantage’s back-office resources free, or do I need to utilize points to access them?

A: Back-office resources like Savings4Members, Synchrony Financial, Ewing HR Resources, and Angi Leads are ProAdvantage member benefits that do not require points to access. Our other back-office resource, Rebolt does offer two options, one that uses points and the second that does not use points, so members can decide what best fits them.  The package that does utilize points is 10,000 points and covers the first month. 
Q: How do I change/update the email address associated with my online account?

A: Email your account number or company name, and the email address you want to update, to support@ewingirrigation.zendesk.com.

Points Redemption Questions  

Q: How can I find out how many points I have accumulated?

A: Points appear when you log into your Ewing ProAdvantage account at EwingOutdoorSupply.com/ProAdvantage. Points become available once you reach $5,000 in the current year purchases purchases and associated invoices are paid in full. When you log in, you will see both Points Earned and Pending Points. Points Earned are available to redeem. Pending Points are those with invoices that still need to be paid in full before they become available to redeem.
Q: Why do my points show as Pending and not as Earned Points?

A: Pending Points move up to Points Earned once the associated invoices are paid in full. If you have questions about outstanding invoices, email our credit department at credit@ewingos.com or call 480-900-6550, ext. 30905.
Q: If I do not use my points for rewards, can I get credit on my Ewing account?

A: Yes. You can use points toward credit on your account instead of merchandise or trips as long as your account is in good standing. Find step-by-step instructions here.
Q: How do I use my ProAdvantage Points for gift cards, merchandise, event tickets, or travel?

A: Visit the ProAdvantage Rewards Mall by logging in to your ProAdvantage account here. Click on ProAdvantage, then click on the green REDEEM button located to the right of your points. This will redirect you to our Rewards Mall. Click on Shop Now to access gift cards, travel, event tickets, and merchandise. Q: How do I use my ProAdvantage Points for Ewing trips?

A: You can find information on our ProAdvantage trips by visiting the ProAdvantage Trips page https://www.ewingoutdoorsupply.com/proadvantage-trips when registration is open, we will include the links to the registration pages, as well as communicating out via email.  You can also get in touch with your Ewing rep regarding any ProAdvantage trips or email proadvantage@ewingos.com 
Q: Who do I contact if I’ve redeemed points but haven’t received my gift cards or other items?

A: Call our Points Redemption Customer Service line at 800.433.7712 or email help.proadvantage@nxlperformance.com and someone will help resolve your issue. 

 Other ProAdvantage-Related Questions 

Q: If I have multiple accounts open, can I combine my earned points? 

A: Points accumulate on the account under which purchases are made and cannot be combined with points from other accounts. You can, however, link multiple accounts to one login so you can easily switch between them. Email proadvantage@ewingos.com to ask about linking your accounts.

Q: I have a question that is not specified above. Who should I contact?

A: Email all questions or other inquiries regarding ProAdvantage to proadvantage@ewingos.com.

Q: Can points be transferred to manufacturer rewards programs?

A: No. Manufacturer rewards points are managed by each manufacturer and do not transfer into the Ewing ProAdvantage Program.
