This “not so smart” irrigation photo was submitted by Tyler Lowry, Ewing Service Professional in Lubbock, Tex. Here's the story on this pic:
"My brother owns a landscaping company here in Lubbock, Texas and he got a call for an irrigation repair. He couldn't find the valves outside so he asked the homeowner if she knew where they were. Apparently the previous homeowner had put in a "not so smart irrigation" system and put all the zone valves in the garage closet. Two of the three avb's on the valves had failed and when the zone would run it would flood her garage and caused mold to grow on the walls." Yikes!
