When you register your Ewing Irrigation Preferred Cash Card or Credit account on EwingIrrigation.com, you gain access to a host of powerful features and tools. After logging in for the first time, set up these three tools to take advantage of all the features on our website:

1. My Items list
One of the first things you’ll notice on our new website is the size of our product catalog. With over 26,000 items available, you'll find the right product for the job. Your My Items lists are a way to quickly access common items used time and again from project to project.

Create lists while browsing the catalog by selecting the "Add to my items" button next to any product, or create a new list in the My Items panel. My Items lists can be copied, moved, deleted and even downloaded as a spreadsheet.

2. Account user profiles
For many companies, there may be several people that need access to one of the features on EwingIrrigation.com. Our website allows the account administrator to add as many users to a single account as they choose and users can assign different levels of access, that way you can keep features like ordering and accounting more secure.

To create a user, simply go to your Dashboard and choose Manage Users in the navigation panel on the left of the screen. There are five user types to choose from, depending on the required access each user needs:

  • Administrator.
Administrators have full access to the entire site, including placing orders, quoting, and accounting. Whoever first registers a Ewing account, usually a company owner, will be the administrator. This user can approve quotes for and manage other users.
  • User.
Once added, the User has nearly all the same rights as an Administrator, except the ability to manage other users.
  • Sub-User.
A Sub-User can place orders and create, purchase and approve quotes. This user does not have access to accounting and cannot manage users.
  • Quote.
These users have the ability to create quotes and may purchase quotes once it has been approved by a Sub-User, User or Administrator. This user cannot manage other users or place orders unless the order is an approved quote.
  • Accounting.
The Accounting user is given full access to the Accounting section of EwingIrrigation.com. This user may also create and purchase quotes approved by a Sub-User, User or Administrator. Accounting users may not place orders or manage other users.

After adding, a new user will receive an email to set a password. The user will the be able login using their email address and the user created password. Adding additional users is easy to set up and gives each user the right tool for the job.

3. View and download statements
Administrators and Accounting users can download and view statements and invoices from the Accounting section. From any page, these users only need to click on the link Credit / Accounting in the top right corner of the screen. From here, you can view invoices, statements and pay your bill all in one easy-to-use location.

Make sure the right people are receiving monthly statements by adding them to the statement mailing preferences in the Accounting section. Up to nine email addresses can be notified of a new monthly statement. This will notify the recipient there is a new statement ready for viewing and can be downloaded after logging in.
