Ewing’s new location offers a greater breadth of inventory and close proximity to the I-5.
October 6, 2008, Phoenix, Ariz.—To better serve customers in the Los Angeles area, Ewing Irrigation has relocated its Grand Central Business Park location in Glendale to a larger facility in Los Angeles. The new branch offers a greater breadth of inventory, more effective in-store merchandising, a wider range of products and close proximity to the I-5.
“This new facility will not only provide an even better buying experience for our customers, but it will give us a competitive advantage given its logistical capability and strategic location in the heart of Los Angeles,” said James Minnich, Ewing’s regional operations manager for the greater Los Angeles area.
After occupying its Glendale facility for nearly 15 years, Ewing’s 10,000-square-foot building, as well as others buildings in the Grand Central Business Park, were acquired by the Walt Disney Company as part of their plan to create a 25-acre, $2-billion Creative Campus forDisney’s Imagineering Division.
To further industry-related education initiatives in the region, Ewing’s new 15,000-square-foot Los Angeles location, formerly home to Nuprint and Graphics, houses a spacious training room for future workshops. The new location is located at 4552 W. Colorado Blvd.
