Service, pricing and education programs differentiate Ewing from other distributors in the region.
April 17, 2008, Phoenix, Ariz.—With six locations spanning Washington’s western seaboard, Ewing extends east and prepares to open locations in Pasco and Spokane.
Located at 1810 E. Frontier Loop, the 5,420-square-foot Pasco branch serving the Tri-Cities region will open May 1. The Tri-Cities region reports a strong urban housing market and job growth which proves favorable for Ewing’s sales in the market. Scott Bird, a 15-year veteran in agricultural and turf irrigation, was appointed manager of the Pasco branch.
“Like any company’s entrance into a new market, we will work hard and diligent toward gaining a foothold in the market by focusing on inventory, pricing and hiring knowledgeable staff,” Bird said.
Scheduled to open mid-May, Ewing’s Spokane branch will operate out of a 17,000-square-foot former FedEx building which was renovated into a store-warehouse format by Construction Associates of Spokane, Inc. It is located off I-90 at 11511 E. Indiana Street.
With 24 years of experience in the Green Industry, Richard Graham will serve as manager of the new Spokane location.“The Spokane Valley-Rathdrum Prairie aquifer is the sole source of drinking water for more than a half million people in the area,” Graham said. “I am looking to forward to teaming up with local water purveyors to implement conservation programs so we can preserve our water by way of water efficient irrigation practices.”
Both Bird and Graham are eager to help customers grow their business by teaching them about water management products and practices, as well as ancillary services like water feature installation and maintenance.
Ewing sells a complete line of water feature products, which includes water-efficient pondless waterfalls, and will be hosting the following water features seminars in Pasco and Spokane this summer:
