Ewing Education Offers Continuing Education Units for Oregon Landscape Professionals

From ‘Irrigation Troubleshooting’ to ‘Building Small Water Features’, Oregon professionals can attend Ewing education courses to fulfill their continuing education requirements.

March 12, 2008, Phoenix, Ariz.—The new Oregon law requiring licensed landscape professionals to accrue 20 hours of continuing education credits every two years prompted Ewing Irrigation Products to partner with the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board to offer continuing education hours (CEHs).

The following Ewing courses have been approved for CEHs, and course attendees can apply earned CEHs toward their two-year requirement:

  • Irrigation Troubleshooting Workshop (English) - 5 hours
  • Irrigation Troubleshooting Workshop (Spanish) - 5 hours
  • Advanced Installation Troubleshooting & Design Workshop - 14 hours
  • Landscape Irrigation Auditor Workshop - 12 hours
  • Introduction to Landscape Lighting - 2 hours
  • Build-a-Pond Field Day - 7 hours
  • Building Small Water Features - 4 hours
  • Build-a-Pondless Waterfall - 7 hours
  • Succeeding & Prospering with Water Gardens - 5 hours
