We understand every customer is different. That’s why we offer our professional customers a variety of credit and cash card programs to help accommodate their needs.

From our limited and preferred unlimited credit lines, to our Job Line or Cash Card accounts, we’ve developed these four account options to make shopping at Ewing your best choice!

Unlimited Credit Account

The unlimited credit line allows customers to charge the materials they need for a job, no matter the project’s size, said Armando Luna, Ewing’s Director of Credit Administration. It’s also great for business credit reports, as well.

In order to qualify for this type of account, customers must have good business and personal credit history.

Limited Credit Account

Ewing’s limited line of credit allows customers to make purchases at Ewing up to a pre-established credit limit.

Every customer is able to apply for the limited credit account, and most are approved, according to Luna.

Limited credit account holders can move into an unlimited account once they’ve established a solid credit history with Ewing.

Job Line Account

Ewing’s Job Line Account (JBL) extends credit to contractors on the basis of a specific approved project. This can include commercial projects, such as retail shopping centers, apartment complexes, tract home projects, or bonded projects.

Cash Card Account

The final account option Ewing offers its contractor customers is a cash card account. This type of account allows customers to pay-as-you-go, while still getting emailed information and coupons. This account is great for repeat customers, and is the most common type of Ewing account.

At the end of the year, cash card account holders are eligible to receive a one percent rebate if they spend a minimum of $2,500 throughout the year. If you spend more than $5,000, you can qualify for a two percent rebate.

Ray Doyon, owner of 3-D Landscaping and Irrigation in Texas, said the rebate program has been great, he even recommends it to his “friendly” competition.

“I’ve seen too many landscape companies come and go, and I’ve seen a lot of guys get into trouble with too much credit,” he said. “This program keeps you up-to-date on payment, and at the end of the year you get the reward of a prepaid card with Ewing.”

Doyon has been using Ewing’s cash card account for nearly 10 years, and has seen his rebate grow, he said. Last year Doyon received a $20,000 rebate. The year before that it was $18,000.

“Even though the dollar amount has been large, there’s never been a discrepancy or issue receiving the funds in a timely manner,” Doyon said.
